Kirsten Newquist is currently the General Manager for the Avery Dennison Medical.  Prior to her current role, Kirsten has held roles as Vice President of Business Development for Avery Dennison Medical (formerly Vancive Medical Technologies) and Director of New Growth Platforms at Avery Dennison.

Kirsten has extensive experience working with entrepreneurially-oriented, high growth companies on both the investor and business sides.  Prior to Avery Dennison, Kirsten was a Director at Copia Associates, a private investment firm that provides capital to start-up companies experiencing rapid growth. Previously, Kirsten has held roles as Vice President of Corporate Development for Ancora and Director of Project Management and Design for Iwerks Entertainment.

Kirsten holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and a master’s of business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Deepak Prakash is the Senior Global Marketing Director at Avery Dennison Medical, Chicago, Illinois. Deepak has a successful 20 year history of commercializing technology-based products with particular expertise in global medical devices. Since joining Avery Dennison in 2010, Deepak has successfully led the business’s marketing, communications and product management teams.

His deep knowledge of the global healthcare environment and effective marketing and strategy expertise are at the center of his contributions to an innovative and comprehensive medical product portfolio.

Deepak received his Bachelors of Technology in Chemical Engineering at NIT in Warangal, India, his Master of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Akron, and his MBA at Northwestern University. He holds two patents and has published in trade and scientific journals. In his leisure time, Deepak enjoys carpentry. 

Luc De Keyser is the Global Operations Director at Avery Dennison Medical, Turnhout, Belgium. Luc has been with the company for 23 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in Operations and Supply Chain. He has a strong background in coating, finishing and converting processes. Luc leads global operations and is responsible for setting the operational strategy. He drives operational excellence by focusing on continuous improvements to standardize systems, improve safety and increase operational efficiency. Luc enjoys cycling in his personal time. 

Barbara Van Rymenam is the Global Director, CHG Program Management, at Avery Dennison Medical, Turnhout, Belgium. Barbara is responsible for outlining the strategy and overseeing the rollout and execution of the company’s proprietary antimicrobial BeneHold™ CHG adhesive technology in various applications and multiple market segments. For over 15 years, she has served the company in areas of strategic planning; partner engagement and contracting; and coordination of marketing, operations, technical, and project management activities. 

Barbara received her MS degree in Business Science from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, (University College of Belgium, Antwerp). Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, fashion and food.

Lisa Bartakovics is the Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Avery Dennison Medical, Chicago, Illinois since joining the company in 2012. Lisa has oversight for regulatory affairs including 510(k) submissions of combination products, Class III Design Dossier approval, and international product registrations. She is also responsible for the quality system and quality performance of the business, including the standardization of our document control system, and the implementation of best processes across the three Medical sites in Mentor, Turnhout, and Longford.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She is passionate about her causes benefiting the homeless and foster children and dedicates her personal time in volunteering. 

Beth Vondrak is the Global Director of Sales at Avery Dennison Medical, Chicago, Illinois. Beth joined Avery Dennison in 2016 and manages the sales teams in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. She applies her considerable expertise in the medical device industry developing customer relationships with medical device manufacturers and converters. Beth has cultivated a strong team and is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new opportunities, and expanding the business’s customer base and key accounts across multiple regions.

Beth holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Beth is passionate about cooking and traveling, and spends as much of her free time enjoying these activities.

Vince Provenzale is the Senior Finance Manager at Avery Dennison Medical, Mentor, Ohio. Vince joined Avery Dennison in 2011 through the Finance Leadership Development Program. Formerly senior financial analyst for FP&A, he was a critical member of the finance team in establishing the reporting and FP&A processes for Avery Dennison Industrial and Healthcare Materials. In his current role, Vince leads the global internal and external financial reporting for the Medical business. He plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction and growth of the business, and is a key business partner of the leadership team.

Vince holds a BSBA in Accounting and International Business from Bowling Green State University. He enjoys performing in cover bands, watching his favorite sports teams, traveling, and fine dining. 

Daire Lynch is the Director of Engineering at Avery Dennison Medical, Longford, Ireland. Daire was a co-founder of Finesse Medical, who joined Avery Dennison in 2017 as a result of its acquisition of Finesse. Daire has extensive manufacturing and new process introduction experience and now manages larger engineering and facilities projects for the site. His responsibilities include project management of construction programs and the procurement of specialist process equipment.

Daire earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from IT Sligo, in Sligo, Ireland. He is described as dedicated, focused, and conciliatory. Daire enjoys sports and technology.

Bob Masi is the Global Procurement Manager at Avery Dennison Medical, Mentor, Ohio. Since 2012, Bob has forged solid relationships between the company and its suppliers and engaged in highly functional contract negotiations. He has helped in the global alignment of raw material sourcing with implementation of a robust supplier evaluation and management procedures in line with industry requirements. 

Bob holds a BS in Education and History from Central Connecticut State University. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager accredited by the Institute for Supply Management. In his leisure time, he enjoys coaching youth softball and hiking with his family.
