Collaboration to bring Vancive’s Metria ™ Informed Health lifestyle management products to Europe
CHICAGO – November 19, 2013 – Vancive Medical Technologies today announced a collaboration with Medisana AG to bring exciting lifestyle health and wellness management products to Europe.
A leader in the health, wellness and homecare markets for over 30 years, Medisana® offers a wide portfolio of products, including blood pressure monitors, baby monitors, and fitness trackers. These products can help people monitor their own state of health independently and conscientiously and practice health and wellness care without significant risk. Medisana®, a vital healthcare partner of Deutsche Telekom AG, was recently honored by the European Commission as one of the leading eHealth companies for their VitaDock® product line.

The first offering of this collaboration for the German and other European markets will be the Metria IH1, a lifestyle assessment system designed to collect and report multiple parameters, including activity, activity levels, sleep and calorie expenditure. These lifestyle parameters will be integrated into Medisana®’s care portal to help consumers understand and manage their lifestyles better.
